Requests are received through our software. </div><div><br></div><div>Ideal Candidate - Someone who has had Escrow, Notary Signing Agent or Lending experience and enjoys finding solutions for customers.</div><div><br></div><div>Shifts Available - Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm HST/ 11:00 am - 7:00 pm PST</div><div><br></div><div>Responsibilities</div><ul>
<li>Schedule inbound notary signing agent appointment requests through our CSN software</li>
<li>Coordinate with customers and notaries by phone, email and text</li>
<li>Collaborate and communicate with scheduling team through messaging app</li>
<li>Work with management to meet customer's needs</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div>Qualifications</div><ul>
<li>Three years of customer service</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible, handle multiple tasks and show initiative</li>
<li>Excellent phone etiquette</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work</li>
<li>Quiet work environment</li>
<li>Updated computer (extra monitor is helpful)</li>
<li>High-speed internet</li>
<li>Working knowledge of standard computer programs (Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)</li>
</ul>
